Customized Online Program Design completely customized to you based on your health history, what equipment you have available to you, what your current capacity is, what your goals are etc.

The way it works is Eric Moss will send over a health history and goal assessment questionnaire. Then he will assess the way you move via some sort of video conference that you have available (such as Facebook video, facetime, skype, zoom etc.)

Following that he will send specific instructions on how to optimally perform each exercise with relevant video links and put together a workout plan designed to take you from where you are, to what you would like to achieve. The workouts will be calibrated to your feedback and your training preferences.
