The Amazing 12 is a 12-week body transformation system that delivers unprecedented body transformation in shockingly short periods of time, every time, no matter your gender, age, condition, or genetics.
It is a system originally created by Paul McIlroy at Centaur Gym in Ireland and utilized only by a select group of elite personal trainers certified in his methodology.
There are 3 core components that are optimized.
Core area #1: Exercise Technique (subtle nuances and postures that make each exercise safer and simultaneously maximize performance)
Core area #2: Supportive Nutrition (to holistically provide building blocks of muscle while simultaneously increasing metabolic rate to decrease body fat)

Q) How long are the sessions?
A) The supervised sessions range from an hour to an hour and a half in the studio, plus additional cardio to be done on your own as homework to enhance the results. The additional cardio can be between 3 and 20 minutes.
Q) Will I need to take supplements?
A) Nope! Amazing 12 is holistic as in everything you need can be attained by eating whole food sources, without the use of supplements or performance-enhancing drugs. If you want to use something simple like whey protein, creatine or fish oil that’s ok too.
Q) What happens if I need to travel?
A) I can either provide you workouts to be done on your own or there are a certain amount of buffer days built into the program to accommodate missed days. Having said that, if you have trips lined up during the course of the program, now may not be the best time for you to start.
Q) What happens after the program?
A) You will be amazed at how far you’ve come and what you have accomplished. Following the program, you’ll have the option of continuing as a regular member to maintain your results or you can continue on in a regular gym. It’s recommended to go through Amazing 12 again once a year to stay at your peak.
