re: Ricky Gervais and his jokes on Celebrity Body Transformation

Last night the awards were on. I normally don’t watch these things but my wife does, and when she does I’m usually in the same room as her doing something else.

Ricky Gervais happened to be hosting and being a comedian he had quipped something to the effect of…

“They aren’t paid to act, they are paid to go to the gym twice a day.”

…and making a quip about how they are probably all on steroids.

He’s probably right. Here’s the reality of celebrity body transformations.

They are the perfect storm for creating massive changes. Here’s what I mean.

Desire/motivation: If an actor has a multimillion-dollar movie deal that is hinged upon looking a certain way that is a tremendous incentive to get in shape.

Environment: Usually the celebrity has access to a full-time personal trainer (and oftentimes a good one) full-time nutritionist and a full-time chef. They have the resources plus motivation.

And the part that no one really wants to talk about…they usually are genetically blessed…and more than likely take steroids on top of that. And no, I’m not here to judge them. Whenever there is that kind of money on the line, people are always going to be looking for any kind of an edge they can get.

Now oftentimes, the way the celebrities look can inspire people to get into shape. Whenever these movies get released, articles appear in various online magazines about how they got into shape. Secrets of their so and so’s diet will also appear, neither one really telling the full story.

People then flood gyms and personal training studios hoping to look that way.

And the thing is you can create massive transformations as long as you train the right way.

You can do this without steroids and without being genetically blessed. It isn’t going to be done by simply going to the gym and doing whatever you read about online.

It’ll be done by having highly effective exercises, with the proper technique done in the right dosage to create change over time. Combine that with eating healthy and nutritious foods over time and you can make massive changes in shockingly short periods of time.

Here are some examples of what’s possible in a 12 week period.

The program that created those transformations will be offered in my personal training studio starting January 20th, 2020. I’ve only got 2 spots remaining so if you are ready to make 2020 your year send me a text at 973 476 5328 and I can fill you in on the details to see if it’s right for you.
