Feats of Strength Friday – Bending a Frying Pan inside out

Hello there!

As you might be aware that in addition to being a personal trainer with my personal training studio located on Main Street in Boonton I also am a modern-day performing strongman. I carry on the traditions of the strongmen of the turn of the century by performing classic feats of strength show but with a modern-day twist.

Since this is the day after Thanksgiving, I wanted to post this feat today. Bending a frying pan inside out, because it sort of looks like a turkey. Enjoy and please be thankful of each other’s company, especially with the turbulent times we live in.

Eric Moss is a world-record-holding modern-day professional performing strongman, author, motivational speaker, and personal trainer. In the tradition of the strongmen more common during the turn of the century, he performs feats of strength such as bending steel and breaking chains as part of a show and speaks on goal achievement for corporations, nonprofits, government as well as for schools and universities. His personal training studio is located on Main Street in Boonton New Jersey, and is close to Mountain Lakes, Denville, Montville and Parsippany New Jersey.
