Vlog from my strongman show in Bangor PA

You probably already know that in addition to being a personal trainer with a personal training studio located on Main Street in Boonton, I’m also a modern-day performing strongman.

Basically I perform feats of strength like bending steel and breaking chains as part of a live show (kind of like the way they did in Vaudeville times, but with a modern-day twist and as part of a motivational speech).

Having done over a hundred shows in several different places, I chronicle my shows in a vlog so that I don’t forget and also to show what goes into life as a modern-day strongman.

This vlog was from my last show of 2019 and was in Bangor PA.

Now onto a stronger 2020!

Eric Moss is a world-record-holding professional performing strongman, author, motivational speaker, and personal trainer. In the tradition of the strongmen during the turn of the century, he performs feats of strength such as bending steel and breaking chains as part of a show and speaks on goal achievement for corporations, nonprofits, government as well as for schools and universities. His exclusive personal training studio is located on Main Street in Boonton New Jersey, is close to Mountain Lakes, Denville, and Parsippany New Jersey.
