Carrying the torch of the classic strongman acts

As a personal trainer, I had always come at it from the standpoint that if people were going to hire me to train them, I had to always be searching out different training methods and strategies that they wouldn’t find on their own. During my research, I discovered a unique form of entertainer known quite simply as “strongman” that would perform feats of strength as part of a show and predated performance enhancement drugs.

They knew secrets, and I wanted to learn them, so I sought out there wisdom and was taken under the wing of some of the greats, eventually becoming a strongman myself, and part of the new breed.

Come join me at one of my recent performances.
