Here is the basic problem. Health clubs and gyms try to sell you on a membership where they attempt to impress you with how many machines they have. These machines disconnect you from your body and rob you of your athleticism. Body building methods are all show and no go and only concentrate on the quantity of muscle without paying attention to quality of muscle or real strength and real fitness.

I use the RKC system of physical training in my fitness boot camps to get people results beyond what they thought they could. Physical training isn’t about working till you puke. Physical training is about chasing awesomeness. When you improve your strength and conditioning, you will improve the way you look as well as your confidence and the way you are perceived by others. At my fitness boot-camp, members are expected to train with the idea of “getting stronger” rather then “getting tired”. Anyone can design a workout that leaves you exhausted. I use programs designed to make you strong and fit and the look of “beauty” will come with real fitness. We train for results, not for exhaustion.

Train with us and you will get stronger, fitter, your body fat will drop off, and you will have just the right amount of muscle in all the right areas. You’ll be physically awesome and you’ll get a better ab workout just from laughing then just about anywhere else. Training will become fun again. You’ll be capable of things you never thought you possibly could. Goals are reached and celebrated as a group with words of encouragement, applause and high fives. The groups are relatively small with like minded people so that I can give each one adequate attention. Think of it as group personal training with your friends. Frequently Asked Questions
I am out of shape and not sure if I can handle being in your class. Will I be ok there?
Yes, “boot camp” is just a common name I use for “group x” which is like group personal training. Each person coming into my class goes through an initial consultation where I teach you the foundational movements of my system and I coach you in technique (critical for success) at a level that is easy for you to handle.
What equipment do I need to bring?
If you are coming to my place at 82 Bloomfield Avenue Pine Brook NJ then you aren’t required to bring anything. I supply all of the equipment including kettlebells, towels, water and even showers. If it’s a private boot camp that I bring to you at your location then you will need to supply everything with the exception of kettlebells.
Do you write diet plans?
I’m not actually legally allowed to come up with diet plans. What I do instead is I have several books on nutrition and can lend them to you and you can make informed decisions in regards to nutrition. Diet plans are a short term solution. Understanding how to do it yourself can make this a healthy and balanced lifestyle so that you can remain lean all year round…like I do.
What do you do that is different then other boot camp classes?
It depends on the boot camp. Several boot camps I have seen teach unsafe form and program design at the expense of your safety and results. Sometimes they don’t know any better and sometimes they do it because it is easier to market. I NEVER compromise results for marketability. I use a proven system that utilizes techniques that simultaneously improves your performance while keeping you safe. The exclusive use of the Kettlebell is what I found to bring the best results both in terms of safety and real results.
What do you mean by “physically awesome?” I have never heard that term before.
Physically awesome is something I came up with because my clients and boot campers were getting multiple levels of great results. Most of my clients come to me because they want to lose fat. What happens is that the use of strength training for fat loss makes them lose fat which is what they want but also makes them much much stronger at the same time. What they found is that though they didn’t think they wanted strength, when they got it they LOVED IT. In addition to losing fat you’ll get stronger, fitter, more flexible, better muscle tone, improved self confidence, improved out look on life, a better posterior chain (your butt, lower back etc.) and abs that look nice and keep your back safe at the same time. Physically awesome is having everything that you didn’t know you wanted but loved when you have it.
